Said by a fan in the moment @Lewis Hamilton met with his fans before his first home race with Ferrari, his new team (https://www.instagram.com/reel/DPRf04UjGuY/?igsh=ZjFkYzMzMDQzZg%3D%3D). He also mentioned it, even without the same as being said before – “Don’t forget who you are”- when he was asked by the journalist before the Monza GP started this year (2025) (https://www.sportskeeda.com/f1/news-lewis-hamilton-remember-mate-it-will-again-adorable-moment-ferrari-driver-s-fan).

Literally, I just scrolled through my Instagram and this footage suddenly appeared. I don’t want to discuss what already happened to Lewis this year with his new team, as for me, he is a 7-time F1 World Champion, and he did the best in his struggle moment (I pray for his mental condition to get better, and his teammates in the garage get wisdom so they can use the TOUGH mentality that Lewis has).

The epic moment that I will remember my whole life about him is when he won the Silverstone GP with only 3 tires in his last lap battle against Max Verstappen (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HmEsqWosuS8) 5 years ago. This is the example of WINNER mentality that Lewis already had.

The phrase – “Remember Who You Are” – is similar to dialogues that appear in the Lion King movie (one of the OG in old era, despite the controversy that might have been heard), as this reminds us that we also HAVE to REMEMBER WHO WE ARE. Even if someone/anyone might not trust you, mock you, or abandon you, you still have to remember who you are. You are :

•           Champion

•           Conqueror

•           Victory

•           Valuable

With that mindset, you can go through every challenge and obstacle without hesitation. There’s a purpose for every one of you being put in your struggle, so you can break through it and become an example to others and help them to survive (*not with the same terms, as the road for everybody is different from one another). So right now, try to speak for yourself and say “REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE”.

Stay strong, stay healthy.

Love and Peace,

Antonius
